Today I want to introduce you to my favorite discovery, as far as make-up goes, of 2013…at least to this point :D. I’m talking about Sleek’s Pout Paints, which you’ve already seen in
January‘s and
February‘s favorites. First I bought
Mauve Over and I was so impressed that I also got
Pinkini,
Port,
Lava and
Cloud 9…and I have three more shades on my wishlist :D.
Imi place ca sunt atat de versatile! Pot fi purtate singure sau amestecate intre ele pentru a crea nuante noi. O sa observati mai jos cum toate nuantele devin atat de diferite doar prin adaugarea albului. Nu numai asta, dar amestecate cu putin fond de ten pot deveni blush-uri crema! Sunt foarte pigmentate si cremoase, singura cu o consistenta mai apoasa este
Lava. Nu usuca buzele, si aplicate peste un creion de buze rezista cu succes ore intregi. De asemenea, au un miros foarte placut, fructat. Singurul dezavantaj pe care-l gasesc acestui produs este ca e mai dificil de aplicat (si implicit de reaplicat pe parcursul zilei) decat un gloss sau un ruj obisnuit. Aveti nevoie de o pensula subtire, maini sigure si rabdare ☺.
I love that they’re so versatile! They can be worn alone or mixed together to create new colors. You’ll notice below how all the colors become so much more different just by adding white. Not only that, but mixed with a little foundation they can be turned into cream blushes! They are very pigmented and creamy, the only one that has a more watery consistency is Lava. They don’t have a drying effect and applied over a lip pencil they last for hours. Also, there’s a very nice, fruity smell to them. The only downside I found to this product is that it’s more difficult to apply (and reapply throughout the day) than a normal lip-gloss/lipstick. You need a thin brush, steady hands and patience ☺.
